Terms of Service

The rules for using Snippt: who may use it, what it does, consent for real people, what is never allowed, plans and cancellation, your rights in outputs, and how disputes are handled.

Last updated September 24, 2026Applies to snippt.ai and all Snippt tools

1Who we are and what these Terms cover

Snippt is operated by Zenous Technology LLC, 600 Broadway, Ste 200 #6503, Albany, NY 12207, United States ("Snippt", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of snippt.ai and every Snippt tool (the "Service"). The Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund Policy are part of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

Contact for legal, privacy, copyright and abuse matters: support@snippt.ai.

2Who may use Snippt

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Snippt. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account, and we do not direct the Service at children. If we learn that a user is under 18 we close the account and delete their data.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your credentials private and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.

3The Service

Snippt provides AI tools that generate and edit images, video, audio and text, including image generation, video generation, face swap, lip sync, voice cloning and text to speech, virtual try-on, image editing and file utilities. The tools run on models from third-party providers, including fal.ai, Anthropic, OpenAI and ElevenLabs, under the Snippt brand.

Outputs are generated by AI. They can be wrong, biased or unsuitable. We do not warrant their accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose, and you must not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, safety or other decisions where errors could cause harm.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool, model or feature at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you and, where required by law, offer a proportionate remedy.

4Real people: consent for faces and voices

Several tools work with photos, videos or recordings of people. When you upload a face or a voice, you confirm before generating that:

  • every real person shown or heard has given you their explicit permission to be used in this way, or is you;
  • none of them is under 18, and you will never upload or generate the face or voice of a minor;
  • you will not use the output to create intimate imagery, to impersonate anyone, to deceive, defame or harass, or to make it appear that someone said or did something they did not;
  • for voices, you will not use a cloned voice in calls or messages to third parties, for fraud, or without disclosure.

We record this confirmation with the generation, with the time, your account and connection details, so that it can be produced if the person depicted, a regulator or a payment network asks. Consent can be withdrawn by the person depicted at any time; when it is, we stop further generations with that likeness and remove stored outputs on request. Public figures, performers and deceased people keep their rights; "public" does not mean "available".

5Prohibited content and screening

Snippt does not create, host or process

  • sexual or pornographic content of any kind, including nudity, sexualised poses and "undress" or "nudify" edits;
  • any sexual content involving minors, or any image or voice of a minor, real or synthetic;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualised depictions of real people, including public figures;
  • impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, election or political deepfakes, fraud, harassment, threats, extremism, or content that is illegal where you or the depicted person live.

Every prompt, upload and output is screened automatically before and after a model runs. Requests that match a prohibited category are refused and logged. Repeated attempts pause your account, and serious cases are reported to the authorities and to our providers. There is no setting that turns this off, on any plan. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy, which you agree to.

The usage policies of our providers (fal.ai, Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs and any successor) apply to you when you use the tools built on them. We may refuse, remove or modify content, and suspend or close accounts, to comply with them and with the rules of payment networks.

6AI labels and provenance

Outputs carry an "AI-generated" label and, where technically feasible, machine-readable provenance information (metadata or a watermark). You must not remove, hide or alter these markings, and where you publish or share outputs you must disclose that they are AI-generated where the law or the platform you use requires it (for example, the EU AI Act, election laws, and the rules of social platforms).

7Your content and your rights in outputs

Your uploads. You keep whatever rights you have in what you upload. You warrant that you own or have the right to use it, including any person's likeness or voice in it, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit it, and to send it to our providers, solely to run the Service and to keep it safe and lawful.

Outputs. Subject to these Terms, you may use the outputs you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of them. Be aware that content generated wholly by AI is not protected by copyright in many countries (including under current United States Copyright Office guidance), so you may not be able to stop others from using similar outputs, and we make no promise that outputs do not infringe third-party rights, including likeness and publicity rights.

Our Service. Snippt, its software, design, text, trademarks and models remain ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the Service or use it to build a competing product.

8Plans, credits, renewal and cancellation

Snippt offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Pro, Master, Titan) sold monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the pricing page, each with a credit allowance. Credits are consumed per generation as shown in each tool, do not roll over between billing periods, and have no cash value.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will remind you by email before a yearly plan renews. You can cancel at any time online from your account page, in the same way you subscribed, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.

By purchasing you expressly agree that we begin providing the digital service immediately and, if you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started, without prejudice to your other statutory rights. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription; refunds and their exceptions are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Prices exclude VAT and sales taxes unless stated otherwise; taxes are added at checkout where we are required to collect them. Failed payments may lead to a paused plan after reminders.

9Enforcement, suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, remove content and forfeit remaining credits if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law or by a provider or payment network, or to protect people or the Service. We will tell you why unless the law prevents us or doing so would put someone at risk. You may close your account at any time from your profile menu ("Delete account and data"); see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

10Reporting misuse and removing intimate imagery

Anyone can report content or behaviour that breaks these Terms at support@snippt.ai. We acknowledge reports and act on them within seven business days.

If you are depicted in an intimate image or video created or stored with Snippt without your consent, including AI-generated imagery, you (or someone authorised to act for you) can request its removal at snippt.ai/removal-request or by email to support@snippt.ai. We remove qualifying content and known identical copies within 48 hours of a valid request, keep a record of the request, and confirm by email.

12Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that outputs will be accurate or lawful for your intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snippt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or the statutory rights of consumers in the EU, UK and elsewhere.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone's rights, including likeness, publicity, privacy and copyright.

13Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where they live. Before starting any claim, please contact support@snippt.ai so we can try to resolve it; EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, the law or our providers' rules change. For material changes we will email account holders and show a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law or to keep people safe. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, cancel and stop using the Service before then. The date at the top shows the current version.
