Prompts that work
- Follow the order: subject, action, setting, camera, style
- Add a camera move: slow push-in, handheld, drone shot
- Set the mood with lighting: golden hour, neon, overcast
- Short idea? Hit Enhance and let the AI expand it
Avoid
- Vague asks like "make something cool"
- Several scene changes in one short clip
- On-screen text, logos or UI elements
- Skipping the reference image when a character must stay consistent

Comparison
Text to Video vs Image to Video
Two tools, different jobs. Here's when to use each.
| Text to Video | Image to Video | |
|---|---|---|
| What it does | Creates a scene from a written description | Animates a still image you already have |
| Input | A prompt, plus an optional reference image | A photo or generated image, plus a motion prompt |
| Output | 5 to 30 second MP4 with native audio | 5 to 30 second MP4 with native audio |
| Best for | Concepts, B-roll, ads and scenes that don't exist yet | Product shots, portraits and artwork you want to move |
| Control | More creative freedom, less exact framing | Exact first frame, motion applied on top |
FAQ
Common questions
How long can an AI text to video clip be?
Seedance 2.5 generates up to 30 seconds in a single pass. Kling 3.0, Kling O3, HappyHorse and MiniMax H3 go up to 15 seconds, and Veo 3.1 up to 8 seconds. Pick the duration in the dropdown; only lengths your selected model supports are shown.
Which AI video model should I use?
Seedance 2.5 for long clips and multi-reference consistency. Kling 3.0 Pro for cinematic 4K quality. Veo 3.1 for talking heads and UGC-style ads with the best lip sync. Kling 3.0 Turbo when you want fast, cheap iterations before committing to a premium render.
How many credits does a video cost?
It depends on the model and duration. Kling 3.0 Turbo starts at 35 credits for 5 seconds, Kling 3.0 Pro and Kling O3 Pro are 100 credits, and Veo 3.1 is 111 credits. Longer durations multiply the base price. The exact cost is shown next to the Generate button before you run it.
How long does generation take?
Most clips finish in 2 to 5 minutes. Kling 3.0 Turbo and Veo 3.1 Fast are the quickest at around 2 minutes; Kling O3 Pro and long Seedance 2.5 clips can take up to 7 minutes. The estimated time is shown before you generate, and finished videos are saved in your Recent list.
Do the videos include audio?
Yes. Every model in this tool generates native audio, sound effects and ambience that match the scene, and Veo 3.1 and Seedance also generate speech with lip sync. Toggle audio off in the settings if you plan to add your own soundtrack.
Can I use a reference image of any person?
Only with the permission of the person in it. Snippt does not create sexual content, content involving minors, or non-consensual depictions of real people, and every prompt and upload is screened before a model runs.
